1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our translation application ("App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

3. Description of Service

Our App provides translation services that allow you to translate text between different languages. The App processes text input to provide translation results.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the App to translate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

5. Account Registration

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability of the App or any errors in translation results.

8. Translation Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate translations, translation services may not always be perfect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translation results.

You acknowledge that translations are provided "as is" and should not be relied upon for critical or legal purposes without verification.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

16. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Subscription options, length, and pricing are shown in the App and on the purchase screen before you confirm payment.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage & cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions). Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free trials & offers: If a free trial or offer is available, it will be shown during checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price for the next period.
• Price changes: Subscription prices may vary by region and may change over time. Apple may notify you and/or require your consent where applicable.
• Restore purchases: If you re-install the App or switch devices, you can use the “Restore Purchases” option in the App (when available) to regain access.
• Refunds: Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow Apple’s refund process.
