Delete Account

1. How to delete your account

You can request deletion of your Audar - Переводчик KZ-RU account in the app:

• Open the app and sign in
• Go to Settings
• Tap Delete account
• Tap Continue and follow the on-screen instructions (we’ll guide you to support to remove data securely)

2. What data will be deleted

When you request account deletion, we delete (or schedule deletion of) the following:

• Account: your Firebase Auth user record (sign-in identity)
• Profile and settings: user profile data stored in our database
• Translations and documents: stored translation/document metadata
• Files: any documents and exported files stored under your user storage space
• Usage logs related to your account: internal service records tied to your user ID

3. What data may be retained

In some cases, we may retain limited data if it is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. For example, security audit logs may be kept for up to 2 years.

4. Timeframe

Deletion is initiated immediately after confirmation. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days to fully complete the deletion across all systems and backups.

5. Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, please manage or cancel it in your device store settings (Google Play or Apple Subscriptions). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
